Harbaugh and Saban were both NFL burnouts.
Myer was unemployed.
Peterson to Washington, maybe?
It VERY rarely happens, which is why most major head coaching searches are clusterfricks.

I thought about putting him in my post, but he would only be top 10 based on potential. He is definitely not top 10 right now.
