can someone tell me whats going through Les Miles' head??
i havent seen a single inkling/hint that any canges are being made. havent heard of anyone interviewing here. nothing.
is he waiting till after the bowl game? when all the coaches we want are taken by other schools and were stuck with nothing
when is something going to happen? this is so frustrating

i agree with OP, this is frustrating beyond belief. even the press conference said absolutely nothing, but someone wrote this on scout, and i cant say it any better so im just gonna copy and paste:
Believe it or not, there are some unwritten rules in coachdom; if you're moving folks out, you let them save face, defer on public criticism, give them an opportunity to move their families without too much hardship. Part of it is just being a good employer, one a coach would like to work for. Let's, also, add there is a incentive to finish on a winning note. No doubt, a win spells a bonus. Getting folks who want to come to work for you means having a reputation of treating folks with class and fairness. Now I already know some will not agree with this but they aren't charged with the responsibility.
are you looking for installlation of a new system prior to the bowl game? I'd venture that a coaching change prior to bowl would only decrease the odds of a win.
To those who disagree, save your breath. It's only an opinion.
