What level of future recruiting are you willing to sacrifice?

Herman or Fisher could conceivable replace most, if not all, assistants. How will this affect louisiana recruiting? Herman just hand picked his DC last year. Why wouldn't he bring him? Just thoughts.

Aranda and Herman were roommates in college. They are still friends.
