In the history of college football, has there ever been a coach with as much talent as Kiffin had on the 2012 Preseason No. 1 football team and done less? A 7-5 finish with NFL players all over the roster and Matt Barkley at QB.
From 2012 to 2013 Kiffin was 1 and 6 vs ranked teams. Lost to 3 unranked teams. And went 3-8 in his last 12 games. His best win, and only win over a ranked team, was vs Hawaii.
Ed Orgeron literally took over the same team and went 7-2 with two wins over ranked teams. CEO was better than Kiffin then, has been better than Kiffin since, he beat Kiffin in 2020, and we just fired the guy.
Kiffin is garbage.
