What happens to coordinators and Coaching staff at all positions?

Not sure if this has been discussed, but does our current coaching staff get automatically get let go and paid their buyouts or do you only hire a head coach thats will work with our current staff? I can't believe a high end coach wouldn't want to bring alot of his own ppl with him. Don't we need to just start clean and bring in a all new staff at this point. Thoughts.
