I feel like anything called a "goal line stand" should actually feature a play near the goal line.

Also like the fact that Tenuta has seen the Georgia offense for the last two seasons. Gives him an inside track on what should be a huge game next year for LSU.

That looked exactly like LSU's defense...if we played ND we could do that too :)

that was an agressive DLine and I'd like to see this in Tiger Stadium for a few years. Winning on Defense is something we need more of. I have hopes that a heathly LSU D will have a better Red Zone D, however towards the end of the season it was a given that if you got inside the 20, you'd get 7

I have watched John T's defense for a while now, and he gets the most out of what he has to deal with. Undoubtedly LSU has better players and athletes on their defense which will make his defense all the better.

The weakest link on Techs defense this year was their atrocious cornerbacks, and sub par secondary. The cornerback position will be LSU's weak link next year just like it was Tech's this year. Tech was able to alleviate that problem by leading the nation in sacks and QB pressures, which will also help out LSU's young corners.

LSU has bigger, faster, stronger players who we all know are very good due to their top 5 defensive ranking each of the last three seasons. With a complicated scheme of blitzes and big men up front, LSU will be improved against the run and pass.

Now someone has to figure out a way to slow down Florida's but short passing attack, because John T did a superb job against UGA this past year.

My LSU buddy who has UNC ties, said Tenuta is top notch game day coach, but doesn't like to recruit much..he added this is not rumor but Gospel..

tenuta was a UNC a couple of years....

None the less, my buddy says Tenuta is a great get...

Yeah no blitz on the 4th down, but that could have been because he knows his D line was getting pressure all day and they could do it again. In the Arkansas game that was not the case for LSU, we shoulda sent Chad Jones after Dick.

I hope to see this guy in purple and gold next year for sure.
