What about this scenario?

Sark and Kiffin run a similar offense with similar terminology. One of Saban good friends is a prominent LSU booster and told him they were going after Kiffin if they fire Miles. Saban always thinking ahead brings in Sark to get familiar with the personnel and run the offense next season when Kiffin goes to LSU. Seamless transition for our young QB. Thoughts?

I don't blame you. I wouldn't want him as my head coach either.

It might still be true, but It's been said multiple times by local radio guys that if LSU were to make a coaching change again, they would not go after a coordinator after what transpired with Mike Archer. They would want an active HC.

Saban has got to the point in job security, he can do what he wants. He cares about the profession openly more than most. I think he is just giving back by giving guys second chances and rehabilitating careers. Attach any coach to Bama and their value rises helping them get another job. Think it's awesome what he's doing.
