What about Phil Bennett a DC?

He ran an agressive 4-3 his one year as DC at LSU. I still think he has rocks in his head. He left LSU as DC to go to Texas A$M to be DC. He said it was the best DC job in the country and dared anyone to name a better DC job. A reporter from Dallas said "Notre Dame?" He was replacing Bob Davies who left to be the DC at Notre Dame.
Maybe being so close to Curley wore off on him.

He was in a bad situation at SMU, but he might be ok as DC

Phil's gonna be paid by SMU for another year. Looks like he may sit out for the year. He has had offers from College and Pro's on some jobs. There is one place he might take a job. He also told me that he still pulls for LSU. Still a Tiger fan.
