has done reasonably well in shadow of Oregon.
Ties to the south.
Bama showed interest in him.
Could be that diamond in the rough and if given the keys to LSU he might be a similar pick as Miles was from OSU.

Maybe a good 5th tier option... Iwouldn't have him in my top 4 or probably 5.

Good coach,but he turned down is alma mater,Alabama. Really,the only reason he went there is his uncle,Hayden Riley (who is Major Oglvie's uncle as well,btw) was Bear's recruiting coordinator at the time.
He will only coach on the west coast.

He's from that area of the country. I don't think he's coming. He may be perfectly happy there.
