Well, I think we are learning Just how Limited O's contacts/resources are.

And, We are learning He loves him some Kiffin more than Kiffin loves him. He followed Kiffin all over the country to be on Kiffin's staff. Well, Kiffy boy wont return the favor to him.
O's had two shot's at developing the offensive staff, his entire plan has been Kiffin. If not Kiffin, promote a guy who hasn't been a full time O.C. in 20 years.
You would think a guy that has been in coaching as long as he has, been on the staff's he's been on, could have some contact to get a solid o.c. hire. Speaks volumes to me that he couldn't get it done.

I think O was the only person in Louisiana last year who honestly believed Kiffin could be our OC in 2017.
