Seems like the Miles love is overboard this morning. This is hilarious since there were at least 3 times this year that everyone wanted him fired.

At the first sign of trouble or him starting JJ, just remember this moment. Going to a Cotton Bowl isn't a championship. I believe we've gotten there before with that piss poor 2004 team.

So, if you want him, have him. Just don't be bitching next year about anything he does...clock management, eating grass, looking like a bumbling idiot, etc. He is what he is. Enjoy it.

We dont have to worry about JJ, Mett and his family say they are coming to LSU to win a championship

quote:

"We sent Coach Miles a text, but we hadn't heard back," Bernie Mettenberger said. "We told him we understand it will be a difficult decision for him to go to Michigan, but if he does we understand it's a business and for him to do what's best for his family. But we sure don't want to see him go. Zach's relationship with Les Miles was a big reason for him deciding to go to LSU, but he signed with LSU, not Les Miles. They have two pro style quarterbacks coming in (Mettenberger and Stephen Rivers from Athens, Ala.), so that looks like the direction they're going.

quote:

"But in my opinion, I don't think Coach Miles will go to Michigan. He'll never be able to recruit the kind of talent there that he has at LSU to win a national championship."

I think it is more of a timing thing for most people, Signing day is right around the corner and the only game in the past month we played, we played a hell of a ball game.

But I do see where you are coming from.

I personally am indifferent but I want a new OC regardless what happens with Miles
