You’re probably right and instead of making the knee jerk hire someone from the outside mistake he’ll make the knee jerk promote from the inside mistake

There’s plenty of insiders who attend practice. Unfortunately none told us how bad the defense was in 2020 nor how bad Burrow made them look in 2019. Starting to see a pattern here.
