Value to QB recruit for the OC that recruits them to still be around when ready?

If Kiffin "falls" to LSU, will one-and-done [or at least the perception that he'll be leaving at the end of every year] help to build momentum for an LSU offense needing a new identity?
We all savor Aranda's second year at LSU and most likely the 2018 Season when all of his schemes have been grasped and mastered across the entire depth of the defense. How is that value of knowledge and experience in a scheme [especially for the line] any different for the offense?
Also, How much of a positive impact on Narcise and Brennan will there be if Kiffin is here for their redshirted year [presuming either of them don't crack the top two QBs in 2017] vs. learning from other top OCs who may be every bit [or nearly every bit] as talented as Kiffin with much more likelihood they aren't looking at the LSU OC gig as an immediate stepping stone to something "better" this time next year?
I get the whole message of going for the absolute best, but wonder if there's such a huge drop-off with other solid OC options from the perceived "greatness" of Kiffin?

If Kiffin isn't getting jobs like UH, USF, and FAU this year, what makes people think P5 schools will be knocking down his door next year?
Texas HS coaches came out strongly against UH hiring Kiffin, so his name is still very toxic in circles.
Eta- to answer your question, I'm sure it's very important but they understand it's a business. Hell, Saban is 65 and still recruiting kids that will be on his roster when he is 70. People use that to recruit against him but it's obviously not working.

I'm nearly 58 and my employer is telling me "70 is the new 65". Paterno, Snyder, Bowden, Robinson and others have certainly shown vibrant, healthy individuals can easily coach into their 70s if motivated to continue. Saban kind of seems to have been cut out of that same that sort of cloth.
I just see a distinction between the Saban phenomenon vs. the one-year coach.

I don't disagree. I was just drawing a parallel to the shortimer coaches thought. Point being, that most kids consider it a business and understand that coaches move around. But of course they would like the feeling that their soon to be HC and OC/DC will be there all 4 years.
