If he didn't go to Notre Dame before the NC he isn't going to Michigan after it.

But, the article says that Meyer has a clause in his contract that allows him to go to Michigan or Notre Dame. Hmmm...

He won't be able to get his MILFish wife and daughter off the beach.

IMO, Meyer is gone after Tebow leaves. And IMO, it will be the NFL he bolts for.

I think Mr. Blockbuster is done with hiring college coaches.

Meyer's not going anywhere. He's a college football coach through and through, and he's got about the best gig going in that sport. If Miles leaves, we'd be very lucky to find a coach that combines Meyer's coaching ability, recruiting ability and, just as important, commitment to the college game. I'm no Gator fan, and the LSU fan in me has no love for UL, but facts are facts:

• Meyer brought his offensive scheme to the nation's toughest conference and made it work.

• He took a talented (but by no means the most talented) team to a national championship in his second year as a coach.

• He's recruited outstanding talent, including perhaps the most dominant player in the game.

• In this, a "down year," he's likely to win 10 games and end up with one of the top 12-ranked teams in the nation.

• Next year—and this is the one I hate to put down—he's likely to coach a team that is one of the odds-on favorites to win the national championship.

Not bad for his first 4 years as a Gator HC. And yes, he's gonna be in Gainesville for some time to come.

You've obviously never been to Gainesville. Gainesville has as much beach as Ann Arbor does.

Yeah...leave Florida and the beautiful area he lives in to shovel snow and inherit all that UM talent with 4.8 speed in the backfield? This after having Percy freaking Harvins 4.3 speed? And coaching Heisman Trophy winner? I dont think so. Next.
