"Bruce Feldman Thinks Arizona State Could Make ‘Big Move’ For Chip Kelly"

No offense, but they have better facilities than UCLA and an on campus stadium at ASU. I hate ASU but they have every thing in place and could be similar to Oregon who was historically bad before 2000. If you can get recruits to go to Oregon you can certainly get them to go to ASU.

If he chooses Arizona State over Florida then I think that’s a sign he’s not the right coach for UF. Maybe he enjoys over achieving at smaller programs with less history of success.

That isn't the point. He'll be back putting in more effort than he needs too.

He prefers the NFL schedule. So, imo he will go to a school that has backyard recruits. Arizona has some but not a lot and most leave the state. Seriously, I see a handful of programs he'd go to. He's being paid, he doesn't have to go back to college just to work more than the guy at Florida, or LSU, or Texas, or OSU, or Penn State.

ASU has no shot, I don't care what anyone has to say.

It is certainly far less pressure than UF. Spurrier and Meyer set the bar very high and the competition is historically much tougher than the Pac 12.

You are probably right. But, for arguments sake, look what the pressure at UF did to Meyer at the end. Look at what it did to Muschamp and McElwain. That pressure is one giant negative with UF. I agree they don't have to recruit as hard, but a pipeline from SoCal to Tempe would not be that hard for a guy like Kelly to start. Just like he did at Oregon and he already knows the area and programs there very well.
I think Graham saves his job with a win. If he loses then they will at least make a big offer assuming Kelly has not signed somewhere yet.

Sounds like a lot more work with a sub par program that will never get him the multiple 4*/5* D lineman that he knows he needs.

Just like at Oregon, minus the sub par part.

I don't think Florida ever had Chip Kelly. Just another internet driven fan fantasy, like "Grumors".
