Two thoughts on Meyer

1. Florida has had two of the best coaches in SEC history leave them in his prime. That sucks. I can't think of a top 5 power that has happened to in the modern era. We had Saban and Arnsparger leave us, but Arnsparger was old.

2. With Meyer staying in Gainesville, assisting in the search and staying involved, I see a meyer protege taking the job. I don't think a Stoops type would go there with Meyer looking over his shoulder.
