I'd stay but he's gonna probably leave. If you go to UF and fail, you can eventually pull yourself out the graveyard but you'll be a lot richer doing it.

What is the ceiling at Tulane? I'd assume they're about there right now.

Now if you're Tulane and you want to pay him $10m a year, that would show you wanna run with the big dogs..

In all honesty, this is likely more for the next hire than to get Sumrall to stay. They want to show what they can offer a coach on the rise after a couple of years of success.
