Leach does have a thing about Pirates, and Jimmy Buffett writes songs about pirates and went to AU for a quarter (although he now claims to be a UF fan).

Seriously though, I think this is going to end up hurting AU at least over the next 3-5 years. Unless Tubs would not budge on staff changes or had his own ideas about who should be the new OC I don't see how the AD and BOT can think that replacing him at this point in time is a smart move.

There are too many openings out there right now it opens up the possibility of having to settle on a less that stellar hire.
