Absolutely.
Jimbo is already consistently pulling in top 5 recruiting classes at Florida State. He doesn't need Orgeron on staff to do the same thing at LSU.
Even if Aranda isn't retained, Jimbo won't be bringing Kelly. LSU will give Fisher a blank check to go out and hire his dream staff.
It should be noted that Dameyune Craig would undoubtedly be retained as our WR/QB coach and recruiting coordinator if Jimbo came to LSU - Jimbo was Craig's OC/QB coach for 3 years at Auburn, and Jimbo then brought him on as a GA at LSU for one year. And then at Florida State, Craig was the QB coach under Fisher for 3 years before leaving for Auburn.

If he goes 7-1 or 6-2, he probably won't, but if he goes 4-4 or worse, he probably will, imo. I think if he were to fail this season, he would look at things objectively and not emotionally. Right now, we really have no idea what's going to happen, but if he wins 6+ games, he has to be in consideration, which means if he didn't get the HC job, he's likely gone.

Didn't fsu give him more money for assistants last year and didn't he give it to the ones already there instead of using it to attract better assistants?
