I'm not a Broncos fan, but the way Elway's conducting his search has me really impressed. Here's hoping other organizations learn a thing or two from it.
He's keeping his twitter page updated with every interview they schedule, among other things in their coaching search.

the board was never meant to be exclusive to LSU coaching changes.

No offense, but openness to fan's curiosity is not a factor that I would rank highly in regard's to a coaching search.
Discretion, thoroughness, timeliness, and primarily, the choice, should be the only factors that are worthy of discussion.

the video features on the Broncos' web site were interesting, but not sure what other organizations are supposed to be learning from what they're doing.
