Tier 1:

Riley
Aranda

Tier 2:
Campbell
Napier

That is the list. Woodward should take his 12 million a year and hire one of those 4. No need to go out of that 4 unless an Urban or Rhule reaches out to you.

They won't pay Napier or Campbell nearly that much.

Didn't this same administration make Bo Pelini one of the the highest-paid DCs in the country without an interview?

Man! You’re like a guy at a dance trying to figure out what girl will dance with you.
Wrong! Ask the prettiest first. Make THEM tell you no. If you don’t ask, the answer is automatically no.

Top 10 with probability of yes, no, or maybe response.
Nick Saban (no)
Urban Meyer (no to maybe)
Lincoln Riley (maybe to yes)
Kirby Smart (no)
Brian Kelly (yes)
Ryan Day (no)
Chris Petersen (yes)
Jimbo Fisher (yes to maybe)
Dabo Swinney (No)
James Franklin (yes)

This doesn’t have to be a long drawn out process.
1- Call Saban’s agent, and say, “This is LSU, we want Nick to be our new head coach.” When the agent stops laughing say, “Fine, but pass along our serious interest to your client.” 2- Then call agents in order.

Aranda, Campbell, and Napier are settling, and that’s okay, but swing for the fence before bunting.

most of the top coaches are with one or two agents that work together at the same firm is my understanding. possibly could be done in one call.
