This is what we need

Not ground breaking by any means.
We need a coach who can bring in above average qbs, develop them and get the most out of that position.
Keep the defense above average.
Finally, concentrate on getting maulers on both lines.
This is the recipe for success. It ain’t rocket science. If the new coach can do this, we should compete for SEC titles nearly every year and be in the playoffs/title game most years as well.

Sounds like you're wanting Randy Hedberg from North Dakota State. He developed Trey Lance, Carson Wentz, and Easton Stick.
