The previous coach lost to Tulane and UTSA at home. Those teams COMBINED for 7 wins.
Herman takes basically the same players, and beats a 10 win FSU team, a 9 win Temple team (who beat Penn St and lost by 4 to Notre Dame), a 9 win Memphis team (who blasts Ole Miss), and an 11 win Navy team whose only other loss was to Notre Dame. Oh, and he also beat an 8 win Petrino team on the road.
