Brandon Harris can sling the ball. Players struggle when they aren't comfortable. If you are thinking too much about the play and your footwork, the easy throw can become difficult.
A great coach can help all of this become second nature for a player. Does anyone remember Sam Bradford at OU? He was so confident in the plays, and his reads, that he just about made every throw on the money.
