You think kids are just bouncing around from team to team every year bc of the coaching? No. It’s bc someone else is offering em more $. The higher ranked the recruit the greedier they are.

For the players that just look short term, sure, they just want the bag. But for the players that are thinking about maximizing their draft stock, they want to be coached by the best coach that can help them get to the next level (while also being paid).
