It says a couple of things that discount MANY posts this week:
1) Saban is not coming. PERIOD
2) There is no "deal" already made with another coach. Not Spurrier or anyone.
3) Miles has not already made a deal with UM and the whole negotiation between Miles and LSU is not a charade
Think before you post.
Well if 2 is correct, then 1 cannot be true. He would still have a shot.
Anyone that questions 3 at this point needs to stop drinking the purple koolaid.

Shreve... no offense, but it's a done deal with Miles and Pelini... both are gone.
You are wrong. Your source is wrong. Michigan has not contacted Miles.

lol at arguing who has the best source. lol at saying his source is wrong and yours is right.

I 'm not sure why people can't accept this fact! That programs in this current age don't wait until "things pan out." I'm in oil & gas casinghead contracts. We don't wait for a purchaser or for "things to pan out". If there's information that we can't or won't be able to secure a buyer then we move on quickly. This can cost millions.
Did I just compare making a coaching hire to negotiating lucrative oil & gas purchase contracts? I sure did and they both can cost their respective businesses millions of dollars.

Has Michigan Contacted Miles' Agent?
Then Agent contacts Miles.
Miles responds to Agent.
Agent Contacts Michigan.
Miles Never contacted/spoke to Michigan
Contract still done deal. No contact w/ Michigan, No Lies....But Semantics.
PS. I believe belowpar and shrevetigertom have reliable sources.

Who really gives a shite with regards to who's source is right or not... bottom line is we are playing tomorrow for the SEC CHAMPIONSHIP BABY! LSU will then deal with everything the right way.
Hopefully we do well tomorrow and it doesn't get ugly... freakin distractions... it's ashame for the players... especially the seniors.

Are you in denial? In most cases, and I think that it can be proven, that if a university grants permission publicly to speak to another university, then it has already happened.

Thanks, Cat. I am just trying to separate fact from fiction and I get attacked. Typical Rant.

Cat doesnt believe me though...I'm telling you there is still no contact with his agent either...
Michigan agreed to not work on anything until after SECCG and they are living up to that word.

Publicly...there is a difference. This is what UM and LSU has released to the public. Bill Clinton said "I did not have relations with that woman!"

No, I do believe you. I was pointing out the possibility of Semantics disguising the truth. Miles not "Talking" to Michigan, b/c Agent has.
The two of you have had some pretty solid information that doesn't depend on somebody else's: Girlfriend, Sorority-sister, Enterprise Rental Clerk, Hotel Staff Valet, FlightAware Prognosticator, Caterer, Secretary w/ Door Open, blah-blah-blah.
I appreciate both of you sharing the information and I believe the truth will be very near to what the two of you post.

Actually, Bill Clinton is my source.

i find it hard to believe that if there was any doubt about miles that they wouldnt be interviewing other coaches.

Bingo!! LSU, and Michigan are 2 of the most prestigious, and successful programs in cf history, and they're both sitting on their hands, and letting fate decide the most important job of 100 million dollar cash cow.

The man probably has a pair of Michigan underware in his house. No source on that.

I can't help but wonder what it is you actually gain from screwing over a friend/source? The guy told you probably with the intent that you wouldn't go blabbing everything.

Real sources are forever having fun with nut hugging wannabe's. Sometimes, and very often give out half truths to wall flies to watch em cum their panties.
