The success of this program, the foundation is the defense. If Aranda leaves....it all comes crashing down. Who you bring in to take over that? Defensive gurus don't grow on trees. Better hope Aranda is a happy man or the O hire is pointless.

O has never been a coordinator, only position coach. Its so underwhelming for such a big time program. I don't think O is strong enough with his coaching experience to hold the program together if one of his coordinators leaves. Make the program very unstable.
