First, LSU is a client of the same consulting firm.

Second, I believe it is somewhat for Strick to claim he did all he could if we end up with a disappointing result.

Think about it, he can blame shift some to them if this goes south and he can take all the credit if it works out.

But I agree, spending millions on consulting to end up with Drink would be the worst case scenario.

Strick clearly wanted at least the perception that he was doing everything to get it done.
