Well this is pretty interesting. Why do this? Why subject Charlie to the bullshite he will endure this week if it is already decided?

There's a possibility that Texas was going to keep Charlie and this loss caught them off guard. Herman to Texas may not be such a sure thing after all. It could be deja vu for us LSU fans watching the Texas AD approach the podium and say "Charlie Strong is our head coach, and he will continue to be our head coach." May depend on Jimbo and how this week goes.
