Yep. It's truly terrible. I don't know what our coaches were thinking by not trying to get any portal linemen in the offseason. Sark at least sounds urgent about it now, but it'll be up to our boosters and bagmen to finish strong.
Our defense has truly not been bad recently. They just get gassed because the offense can't sustain drives.
I imagine Herman wouldn't have given our line the benefit of the doubt and would have tried to get some help in the offseason. His slower offense would have covered up the depth issues on our defense so they wouldn't be getting gassed. So I dunno, potentially this is just a problem of Sark not having his guys.
