Sorry, I left last night after responding to you. I figured there would be allegations. You had just better hope some coach does not come up pissed because he was not paid enough.

I work with a FL fan that says the exact same things.
I must be the only one that thinks GA will have the advantage. Am I crazy or was FL's defense pretty bad this year? How much better will their defense get?

She is a bartender, and is really just friends with one of their girlfriends. To be honest, I don't know if they are friends anymore after that night.

Yeah, I don't disagree. They are going to be a tough team. I still have questions about their D though. They didn't show that much improvement over the season and finished ranked like 70th. I know they had like 9 freshman contributors, and they will be back with more experience, but I think its a little crazy to expect them to make the leap to totally legit.
Regardless, they have to be one of the favorites for next year's title game.
I'm starting to like our team next year A LOT though.

No I actually agree with you.
And yes, their D was wretched. But young - so according to gates, one offseason will automatically make them dominant.

UGA will be right there with UF next season, it really could go either way. That said LSU will be right there with both of them IMO, wouldn't surprise me a bit if we played well against either of them.

Yeah, UGA's chances are deadened somewhat by their rigrous schedule.

I've always said if a player does not want to play for an in state school, then let him go. A big reason to go is that they want to start NOW and not be redshirted like 17-20 were at LSU this past year.

LSU fans are "the worst". Bar none. I'm an LSU alum and it's not even close. I hate to say it but we are the Philadelphia Eagles of the SEC.

I love LSU and LSU fans. It's an acquired taste.
Florida on the other hand just sucks. They are more annoying than anything.

AlejandroInHouston, you are correct. The UT fan base is made up of an older generation. UT used to be the only sport in the state before the Preds, the Titans, and the AFL team. Look across the stands and you will see nothing but gray hair on a warm day (yes, I have some too). LSU has a younger, drunker crowd and it shows.
