In terms of endowment money, I promise you that Tulane could pay for any coach they wanted whatever they wanted. But if they did, the staff and faculty would have a collective heart attack.

Also Sumrall didn’t publicly send his family to school visits. That’s what started the whole media firestorm. This would have been much less toxic had that not occurred but here we are.
