Mo Wells is a personal trainer. Does he have a year long plan to coordinate strength & conditioning for 100 athletes? Offseason training vs in-season training? Does he understand the hires that need to be in place for a support staff?
LSU fans truly do not understand the scope of work for this job I don’t think. As evidenced by the moffit bashing. That always gives it away

Well, I don’t know much about him but I went to a tech game earlier this year and was very impressed with the condition of that football team. You didn’t see any fat, overweight and out of shape OL or DL much less any other position players. This was the thing that stood out to me about their team.

Having known someone who worked for him, can 100% agree

And that’s fine, but again he’s a personal trainer & that’s not how S&C’s cut their teeth in this business.
I know a guy who interned under Moffit during the Miles area. He’s been at it for 10yrs, he’s been an assistant S&C at P5 schools, & head S&C for women’s basketball P5 powerhouse, to head S&C for G5 football programs and he’s in his mid30’s & ready for that jump.
I respect what Wells does but I don’t know if he’s prepared for that life. It’s very different

He's amongst the top Who's Who in S&C
No he's not.
Also, just imagine a 5'6" strength coach trying to spot a 6'5" lineman
