Supposedly Mac McWhorter (Texas OL coach) is retiring, and Mack Brown is going after Searles hard. I've heard Searles may be willing to listen, reportedly, there is a rift between Bobo and Searles over some playcalling. Not real sure about that. This past season, Searles was designated as "running game corrdinator", whatever that means. My thing is, Searles left LSU to be closer to his family in Trion, GA. Last I checked, Austin was a helluva ride from NW Georgia. BTW, not sure how accurate this report is, but I've heard it twice the last two days...

Searles isnt going anywhere. He is staying in Athens.

TRUTH....Stacy was worried about the LSU new HC. He wants to be a HC.
