Just got a text from CatsIllustrated.com (Rivals) that sources confirm UK and Cincinnati OC Eddie Gran have agreed on a deal that would make him UK's new offensive coordinator.

Gran alone is a good hire. Gran + Hinshaw would be about as close to a homerun as Stoops could make as a 12-24 HC at Kentucky.

Same. Gran has experience in the SEC which is what we may need to prevent more second half collapses.

I'm pretty happy with it too. I look forward to seeing what he can do with our RBs. I just hope the fanbase and players can buy in long enough for him to make some positive changes.

Gran is a great hire for UK. One of the few BBQ gang guys I liked during the Tubs era. Coached some really solid RBs, was our best recruiter, and is doing a great job with Cincy's offense.

Local channel (WTVQ) reporter breaking that Eddie Gran and Darin Hinshaw were seen walking into the Joe Craft Center this morning.

Eddie Gran just confirmed he and Hinshaw accepted the UK OC and QB jobs. Good hire, he's who many thought should've been hired when Stoops first got here.
