Kelly is coming here for one reason. A Title…. He will be motivated around that… he had it made at Notre dame. He was safe. Has had a great record there the last 5/6 years. He’s coming here because he feels up to the challenge of the sec west and he knows himself, he saw if miles and O could win one he could too. Woody also went with the “stability” hire. Once kelly got his people in place and got his recruiting plan set in motion he had a lot of success at very tough academic school. This will be interesting to watch for sure…

I agree with you but how would that get lost in the hire? That seems like one of the biggest things
