If he manages the program, recruits well, and allows/ hires great coordinators to coach up their own positions (budget will continue to allow this as was with Miles)... that makes a case for it to potentially happen and work well.

Admin told O he would be considered because they needed an interim coach 1st, and if he wins they should.
This is NOT a prediction, but if he were to win the SEC that would be extremely comparable to 3 excellent years at UH and it's bush league conference!

Its crazy how some people think since the guy is from south LA that he should be the HC even though he has been a terrible HC in the past.
