actually, i think the falcons
the dolphins knew they were going to suck and i dont think most of those vets even care even more
the falcons really seem like they get punched in the heart every game...kinda feel bad for them

Both are horrid, but the Falcons have never been anything and probably won't ever be anything. So that's worse. Dolphins at least have some past.
That's like asking which is worse right now, Auburn or Alabama. Auburn gets the slight edge for lack of any real accomplishments.
