Miles was fairly successful... and if he would have just got out of the way he probably still has this job

Has that not been the case for the past 10 years? Some of you act like Miles was an X and O genius. Very few coaches actually control one side of the ball, even McElwain lets Nussmier do his thing on offense. Saban has even let up some of his control on the defense.
