quote:Les needs to hire Coordinators that are the OPPOSITE of him. Les is a soft players coach. We need someone like Pelini who has some fire and can motivate and yes, PUNISH those who don't get with the program and perform on the field. I agree Tenuta and Orgeron would be perfect in these roles.
However, at this point SOMEONE on the coaching staff will need to develop an abrasive personality, or we are going to continue losing

If true, then why didn't Les hire him last year?
No shite. I remember how receptive Tenuta was to the idea last year when it was brought up by a reporter. Dude basically said, "I'd love to go to LSU."

True dat about scoring...kind of like OU this year (and LSU last year), as long as the LSU D can keep the pts against avg reasonable, this team will win far more than it loses, given the way this offense will score most years (read-when it has a decent to good QB behind center).

I keep hearing Tenuta is an arse but I think we already have enough warm and fuzzy coaches. Bring on the a-hole!
I'm not sure there's a bigger a-hole on a staff than Peveto.
If that's the criteria, let's promote PEveto.
