Small College

I don't understand why we are all focused on the same candidates. It seems that most coaches go small college or smaller large college to Large college. The guy at Sam Houston qas won 2 national championships. I would think the ULL guy would work.

I think understanding how quickly big time college football scales compared to FCS or non P5 Is the biggest issue. Doesn’t mean that someone can’t come from one of those jobs and succeed but there are usually steps in between.
