Technically speaking Miles is forced to make changes since assitants left themselves...he didnt decide to fire them..so its not his decision to change DC's..the condition was such that he will have to change DC's

I thought for several weeks that a change was not going to be made, but I'd be lying if I said I kept up with this process daily or even several times a week. With the direction the co- D coordinators are going with their careers it would be impossible for us now NOT to have a new D coordinator.
