Yep. Collis Temple will be named head coach.

It's a valid question, there's been some backlash at Ole Miss and A&M

Of course their will. Blacks don't want to be judged by the color of their skin, but they want you to hire them BECAUSE OF the color of their skin.

i haven't heard much grumblings at Ole Miss. since there aren't many afro-american head coaches with Nutts resume', no one can say a more deserving person was passed over.

I still like Dunbar, would like to see him be a head coach somewhere else first but he's a LSU guy, NFL experience, knows the program, would be an awesome recruiter. I just want to see his ability to hire coordinators and delegate.

There has to room on the staff for him somewhere. But probably not ready to be HC at a program like LSU.

Hey, it's just not going to happen. You can do all of that "whitey" shite you want to. Right, wrong or otherwise, people with the money and power, and the fan base as a whole will not support a black head football coach at LSU in this lifetime.

Simply not true.
The ONLY reason LSU would not support a black coach is the same reason we wouldn't support Mike Archer. NOT GETTING IT DONE!!!
I personally like the Croom handles himself.

What a JACKAZZ statement!
Miles is white, has yet to lose more than 2 games in a season and check the board and see how many don't support him. Hell, a great deal of fans would pack his shyt! and carry it to Ann Arbor.
Everyone likes a WINNER. If an Afro-American HC delivered a NC everyone would kiss his azz just like they did $aban. Croom was losing and they cried for him to leave, this year they are kissing his azz. Winning is ALL that matters at this level.
