Makes you wonder huh? Here is my .02. Kelly is signed to be UFs HC after the FSU game, but to hold his NFL teams at bay he is talking to one other team like he is interested so they cant prove he signed and take away his $$$ that they owe him. Why else would he not entertain ALL offers? Rumor is he shot down Tennessee quick. They can make a huge offer so why do that? And a backout clause? Cmon, who the hell does that?

You do realize these are legal documents that get "signed". Any legal document that is signed is also DATED.
