In your world money must equal relevance, because the way I see it, LSU is about to overspend for a name to grasp at a headline to try and retain some relevance while they fall further behind the rest of the West.

LSU wins sec championships, national championships and big national stage games. That’s relevance. One year of Ole Miss winning 10 games and still not winning anything of caliber doesn’t make them more relevant or relevant at all.

Again, you’re a tech fan so the concept of national relevance is lost on you. It ok, nothing wrong with it.

2019 is a long way in the rear view mirror and even the most loyal LSU fans will admit that it was lightning in a bottle.

LSU has a $100+ million athletic budget. That's why it's relevant. You just paid a barely literate moron more money to go away than a lot of FBS schools have in their entire annual athletic budget, and you're about to pay around $10-12 million for someone to come in and lose to Saban until he retires. LSU is woke, but not broke. They do less with more than any FBS school in the country not named Texas. They have no shame in pounding their chest and bragging about accomplishments that will soon be distant memories.

If you want a true look at what LSU is, 1/9/2012 is where it starts and ends. They are the ultimate also-ran who get lucky about once a decade and have more talent than any other team in America and manages to not screw it up.

You seem like a jealous tech fan. That’s all I can surmise from your pointless drivel devoid of any real facts or perspectives.

Look at it this way, Louisiana tech could shut their program down tomorrow and nobody would give a shite. Most of the country wouldn’t even know. You are like a little tread of excrement on LSU’s underwear. That’s your place sadly. It is what it is.

The only thing in LSU's underwear is semen leakage left by Bama, Arkansas, Ole Miss, and A&M.

If they would commit to staff salaries and facility improvements (which they CAN actually afford with the ACC’s current contract), the Coastal is ripe for the taking at the moment. It’s a better opportunity to win division titles and possibly play for more faster. That’s just truth. Classes ranked in the 20s and 30s won’t get you anywhere near that in Oxford.

Which one is the better job is in the eye of the beholder, because each has distinct advantages and they are nothing alike.

It’s awesome how you glossed over 3 titles and no fewer than 8 wins over 19 years.

You think they'll stay that way with Lane Kiffen? Awful optimistic on your part.

If you can’t turn a 10 win season into better than 13th in the SEC with 2 lame duck staffs well ahead of you and hoping the portal bails you out, then yeah, that’s a problem. We’re so sorry it’s inconvenient for your ax-grinding and crying over how shitty your program is.

You’re really hung up on this game aren’t you? Does it really bother you this much that LSU may not blow their hire like you hoped they would? The depths you’ve gone to to make Riley a bad hire is getting pretty hilarious TBH

If you want a good laugh, go over to the Ole Miss board and check out the thread where they are hoping Bama loses so they can hang another co-champs banner next to our sloppy seconds from 03. THAT is all you need to know about where their program is and the gulf that still exists between us and them.

One team is second in the west in their coach's first year. The other is dead last. That gulf ain't as big as you'd like to believe.

Titles are everything and you are full of shite and bleeding all over this thread. This season is nothing but a speed bump now that O is done.
