Will link when they upload the interview. Made me feel better than anything I've read on here. He was being coy about whether Jimbo would leave... said he talks to Jimbo multiple times per month. Kind of seemed to me that he was trying to protect a friend and knew where he was leaning.
When asked about being a competitor and wanting to win against the best, he said "you're damn right!"... goes on about wanting to go against the best, to go against saban, etc.

everyone needs to listen to that interview. that is a closer source than any that will post on here. it is actually a person that talks to jimbo fisher himself.

It's kind of crazy how much play a Random thread gets (Random is obviously connected), but this is actually someone who talks to Jimbo a lot.

The best usually want to beat the best.
The whole notion of its an easier path to a championship in a weaker conference is for the birds. These men are paid big money and have even bigger egos. Hiding out in a shitty conference(ACC isnt shitty) isnt something these people want to do, except Geno in womans basketball
