Orgeron is a very undisciplined individual . If he would have done what he told Alleva he was going to do … let the assistants coach and not micromanage , he might still be coach . But he would have to show up for practice , not chase women .

There is a lot missing from the middle of that sandwich. Yes that is true but….that is not the bigger picture. A lot of the wounds under O are self inflicted.
