The whole Dykes to. TCU, Lashlee to SMU stuff was the worst kept secret I've ever seen in college football.

SMU went through the usual process of offering Dykes a raise and extension, but the new contract just sat on his desk.
At that point everyone knew Dykes was headed to TCU, and Lashlee was taking his place at SMU. The only intrigue is what assistants are staying at TCU, and who’s coming from SMU.
