I would say stay under one condition...hire someone who knows what an offense is. It is evident that no one on the staff including Miles knows what an offense is. If not, don't let the door hit your butt on the way out.

It should be a simple yes Or no poll.
You guys need to look at FACTS.
Miles does not fire assistants and everything is pointing to Les keeping Crowton again.
So conduct a poll with that in mind and I promise you... Much less than 90% support miles. It's 50/50 if not worse.

Miles has had 2 OC and 3 DC in 6 years. I don't think you can say much about whether he will fire assistants or not. What's clear is that he doesn't make changes quickly and looks after those who put forth an honest effort. I would love to have Miles as my boss. I think Crowton is gone by Feb.

STAY!!!! He is a good man and our players want to play for him. We all have made mistakes before and we will all make them again.
