BP:

Since you're known for having the inside scoop on LSU football, gotta question for you: Who calls the offensive plays and how often does Miles mettle with the play calls?

Thanks!

ETA:
Let me try my best BelowPar:
Billy G called the game, and at tomorrow's presser, Billy G will be named OC. Gary Crowton is relieved.

Crowton, but miles listens on the headset and does override sometimes, not too often tho I don't think. Atleast this was the case for most of the season, especially after Tennessee fiasco.

Why hasn't Joe Alleva attended basketball games since football ended? He attended them all last year and the year before.

Miles is every bit to blame for that as Crowton. There was no Plan B. The coaches thought they would score on the 2nd down play. It took about 6-7 seconds after the play was over for a new personnel group to BEGIN to run on to the field. I was at the game with a view of the sidelines, and there was a good bit of time before that decision was made. Miles even admitted in the post game interview with Jordy on from the locker room that they thought they had such an advantage on the running play that they would get in. He flat out said that. What that also insinuates is that they weren't planning ahead for what to do in case Jefferson did not reach the endzone.

Blame Crowton for the personnel substitution if you want, but there was mass confusion on that sideline once the Jefferson play ended (2nd down). That's what caused such pandemonium on the field.
